DVD's
We don not offer DVDs exchange program. It is illegal for us to exchange DVDs if they have been opened unless the product has manufacturers defect. All sales are final. Software products are NON-RETURNABLE unless they have a manufacturer defect.
We will gladly replace any defective product with the same product as long as the product still available.
DVD running times are approximations and are in no way representative of an actual or accurate running time. Whereas we strive to publish running times that are as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee their accuracy and therefore a DVD running time discrepancy is not considered a defect or a reason for a return.
If you return a DVD that package seal is not broken or un-opened,  a 25% restocking fee will be imposed.

Sex Toys
First and foremost, We at the Adult Superstore want to protect our customer's health. Due to sanitary reasons, all Sex Toy and Novelty items are non-returnable or refunds. Health regulations prohibit the return due to our nature of our products. Our company policy simply follows this law. This policy is to give peace of mind to our customers knowing that they will never be sold a previously returned or used products. We would like to thank you in advance for understanding of this policy.

Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance. To obtain authorization, Simply click the link on Contact Us page , fill out the short form or contact customer service at (702)798-7897 and we will be glad to help your needs. Items returned without authorization will be shipped back at the customer's expense and will not be credited. If you refuse to accept the same product in exchange for a defective product, a 25% restocking fee will be imposed. If we cannot provide you with the same product in exchange for a defective product, we will issue you a Credit.
